Our Empowered Kids school workshops and after school clubs empower children through our use of inspiring and creative activities.
Ask us about our modified workshops for Year 1 and Year 2 (ages 6-7)
Our workshops are perfect for schools and support the mental well being elements of the Relationships and Health Education curriculum. We cater for Year 3 - 6 (Key stage 2) and Years 7 - 9. Our materials support the curriculum by:
Helping foster student well being and help them to develop resilience.
Normalising young people feeling a range of emotions and giving them the language for those emotions.
Helping young people gain a stronger sense of self worth by identifying their likes, dislikes, achievements and personal qualities. This self awareness leads to inner confidence and healthy self esteem.
Helping young people celebrate their individual strengths to increase overall well being.
Helping young people think deeply about the elements that make up a healthy friendship and develop the ability to form and manage positive relationships.
Our topics cover 10 main areas:
Resilience
Mental Strength
Positive Thoughts
Confidence
Growth Mindset
Personal Identity

Gratitude

Each topic is provided as a stand alone workshop, however we can mix topics as required depending on the needs and requirements of the school.
